How do I configure server alerts?

All our dedicated servers come with monitoring as standard, this can be turned off upon request.

We can configure the system to send you alerts in the event of a server failure. Alerts can be received via email or SMS. 

To configure Alerting for your server, please Open a Support Ticket and provide the below details:

Alert type: Email or SMS (If you want both please specify)

Email address: 

Mobile number:

Initial Delay (mins)

Repeat alert after (mins)

Alert on warning: Yes or No

Alert on failure: Yes or No
